started off as the highway hauler in blue. I think the original was designed by Ed Newton who penned most of the cars we know and love.
George Barris gave it a make over and somehow had the design connected with the redd Foxx Comedy Sanford and Son which was very big at the time . Unfortunately the truck was never seen on the show .
